Remembering Shane Tomlinson - Press Release
Shane Tomlinson, band leader and lead vocalist of Frequency Band, passed away early Sunday morning as a result of the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando. Dennis Bailey and D. Bailey Management started working with Frequency Band in late 2012, with their first gig being at the Blue Martini in Naples. Shane Tomlinson was an exceptional performer and vocalist who could always be counted on. His passion and love for music was contagious and is only one of the many things we will miss about him. What began as a good working relationship gradually developed into a strong friendship. We loved working with him because of his caliber of talent, his professionalism, and just who he was as a person.
Before his passing, Frequency band filmed a new promo video that was in the process of being edited to be ready for release. Due to the recent events we are releasing the promo video now as a tribute to Shane and in his memory. This is how we will remember him, as a person who always sang his heart out, strived for the best, and lived life to its fullest. He loved what he did and we loved him for it.
