Dennis Bailey: Owner and President

Dennis has been actively involved in all facets of the music industry from performance to booking to management for well over twenty five years. There’s no substitute for experience. Dennis has performed all over the country, spending many years as a professional musician touring and performing. His new career as an agent began in the late 80’s with the forming of D. Bailey Management, continuing to expand the knowledge and experience he gained as a performer. The agency has become a leader in the industry, representing the finest entertainment on the market today. Dennis knows the business, he knows what works and what doesn’t. Each event is different, and you need a professional to match your event with just the right entertainment to make it work.

Erin Brogan: Coordinator


Meet the newest member of the DBM Team, Erin Brogan. A recent graduate of the University of South Florida, Erin’s goals are to be actively involved with music, event planning and coordination. Her leadership skills as president of Chi Omega Women’s Fraternity and her studies in psychology and communication have prepared her for her duties as an assistant at D. Bailey Management. Her passion for music along with her public relations skills make her a welcome asset.
