Kayla Ember

This young lady is headed for big things!

Kayla also performs on a regular basis in local venues with different bands and artists. She also has been showcased for the Clearwater Jazz Education Outreach on the Starlight Yacht for the past 2 years. Kayla was one of 11 Tampa Bay's young talents selected to participate in Soulsville USA In Performance at the White House song writing session, presented by the LA Grammy Museum and hosted by Michelle Obama. This was where Kayla met and was mentored by some well known artists in the music industry Justin Timberlake & Mavis Staples. Mr. Bob Santelli, executive director of the LA Grammy Museum selected Kayla to participate in the Tampa Bays Grammy Museum Music Revolution Project.

As a Grammy Alumni, Kayla has participated in the 2014 Tampa Bay GMMRP as a mentor for new selected Talents. She also opened for the GMMRP concert at the Capitol Theater in Clearwater Fl.

While attending several magnet schools with a focus on the performing arts, John began to write and collaborate with friends and took the stage with his guitar for the first time at age thirteen.

Ben Pila

Benjamin Pila is the only classical guitarist ever named a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. He’s performed extensively throughout the United States and has been a featured artist at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art and Lincoln Center, Washington, D.C.’s John F. Kennedy Center, and San Francisco’s Herbst Theater.

Pila is a semi-regular performer at the 9/11 Memorial Museum where he’s performed for Pope Francis, Barack Obama and George W. Bush. He’s also shared the stage with such notables as James Taylor, Paul Simon, Itzhak Pearlman, and Yo-Yo Ma. Pila’s debut CD, Commemoration, is a tribute to the survivors and victims of 9/11.
